The series consists of six screen printed artworks that depict the daily life of a downtown rat. The rats are always on the move, you can find them swimming, at a café, getting a tattoo, in the studio, and at the concert hall Salurinn in Hamraborg where they play their favourite waltzes on the accordion. Each year, a new rat emerges, and in 2025, the Downtown Rat is dedicated to Hamraborg. The prints are produced in an edition of 25, numbered and signed.
