Rósmarý Hjartardóttir (b. 1997) Graduated as a graphic designer from The Iceland University of the Arts in 2024, with an exchange semester in motion design at Vilnius Academy of Arts in Lithuania. She works as a graphic designer at an advertising agency and serves on the board of the Icelandic Printmakers Association as secretary. In 2024, she participated in two group exhibitions with the Icelandic Printmakers Association and held her first solo exhibition Elska Feitt at DesignMarch 2025 in Núllið.

In her final year at The Iceland University of the Arts, she researched the relationship between graphic design and printmaking, both through her B.A. thesis and her graduation project. Through this work, she discovered how the process in printmaking can play a significant role in shaping the final outcome of the artwork. She now applies this knowledge in her work as a graphic designer and artist by encouraging creativity and experimentation within the process itself.
