With thoughts on Rorschachs inkblots and how they were used to cognitively assume someone’s characteristics and emotional functioning, these drawings are made in collaboration with the oceanic objects and their cognitive nature in mind. The connection between the oceanic objects and the use of the inkblots, is to investigate the behaviour and temperament of these objects in relation to the early ways of determining human cognitive characteristics and behaviour. The dialogue happens between the early psychological methods of introspection and the abstract notion of life that exists beyond human cognition and revolves around the thought that these oceanic objects might have behaviour and cognition of their own.
