
Tinna Guðmundsdóttir
Tinna Guðmundsdóttir is a visual artist and cultural worker. In her practice, Tinna explores both contemporary social organization, communal structures and power systems as well as the relationship between man and the physical world. Her primary mediums include photography, sculpture, and installation. Tinna completed an MA in Fine Art at the Iceland University of the Arts in 2022. She also holds an MA in Cultural Management from Bifröst University (2008) and a BA in Multimedia from the Department of IUA (2002). Tinna has exhibited vigorously within the local art scene and worked on various cultural projects, including manager of the Sequences Real-Time Art Festival (2008), editor of the publication “The Living Art Museum 1978-2008” (2010), producing the documentary “Seeing Eye Dog” (2017), and directing Skaftfell – Center for Visual Art (2012-2018). Tinna is based in Reykjavík, Iceland.
