
GETA Natalia Duarte Jeremías and Yi Jen Chang
Natalia is a Costa Rican violist and educator based in Reykjavík. Her work focuses on participatory music-making with young children and multicultural families. She has facilitated projects in Costa Rica, Spain, Italy, and Iceland, and regularly performs with orchestras and chamber ensembles. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Music Education at the University of Iceland.
Yi Jen is an expressive arts practitioner working with individuals and communities navigating migration, displacement, and life transitions. Her practice combines movement, visual arts, music, theater, and poetry to foster resilience, connection, and imagination. She has collaborated with NGOs and community organizations supporting refugees and conflict-affected communities, and is currently completing her Master’s research in Expressive Arts Therapy at the European Graduate School.
