What did your neighbour dream of last night? What is your strangest dream of what Kópavogur could be, or perhaps already was? Join us to collectively compose DREAM RADIO: a multi-vocal broadcast of local sounds and speculation.

Drawing on the histories of pirate and radical radio, and the potential power of radio to share and connect localities, DREAM RADIO makes your dreams, political and social longings and hyper-local realities audible.

Come and contribute what you’ve heard - or hoped to see, hear or imagine - about Hamraborg Festival, Kópavogur or beyond. We’ll work together through field recordings, writing and collective composition to make some DREAM RADIO. You don’t need any prior recording or writing experience, but if you do want to bring instruments or tools, be welcome!

Attendees can write and record contributions to the show:

- Omens, ill and good

- Strange dreams and their interpretations

- Hyper-local news (Hamraborg rumours, performance gossip, the best sandwich spots)

- Hopes, collective fictions, manifestations

DREAM RADIO contributions will be broadcast during Hamraborg Festival.
